It’s the opportunity for rapid career progression that makes our graduate programme one of the best around. Put simply, you go much further, much faster at Stagecoach. In fact, we are quite happy to describe our scheme as the first step to becoming a Director of our business.
A Director position can be reached in as little as four years if you apply the right mix of talent and hard work. This is because you are ready for your first responsible management post at the end of the first year of the programme. The second year is the time for further developing your skills as a manager.
Once you’ve successfully completed the two year programme, you will then be appointed to a full management position, as an Operations Manager or Engineering Manager. The speed of your progression to Director level is then determined by your ambition and application within the organisation.
