On a work placement at Stagecoach UK Bus, you'll learn exactly what it takes to become a manager within a large, commercially focused organisation in a highly competitive marketplace.
The work placement scheme gives you a flavour of the first year of our two year graduate management development programme – a programme designed specifically to develop the future Managers and Directors of Stagecoach UK Bus. There will also be focus upon assisting with the delivery of key business projects. If you take a look around this graduate recruitment web site, you will get a good introduction to the sorts of things which you may encounter during your placement period with us
Once the placement period is completed, you will return to finish your course at university. However, you will already have begun to develop the skills and knowledge to take up a management position in our business. If you enjoy your placement here and prove your potential to us, you could then be considered for a position at Stagecoach on our future graduate trainee programme.
