Q: Who should I contact about your brands advertising in my publication or on my website?
A:

Any advertising proposals should be sent direct to the marketing team for each local bus company or train company. Contacts for our companies are available here.

Q: I am an external consultancy wanting to offer our services. How can I contact Stagecoach Group and its businesses?
A:

All approaches regarding the provision of consultancy services should be made in writing by emailing info@stagecoachgroup.com.

Q: How do I go about advertising on Stagecoach buses?
A:

Bus advertising can be bought through our partner Exterion Media. For more information please visit the Exterion Media website or call 800 80 85 619.

Q: I would like to organise some commercial filming at one of your stations. What should I do?
A:

We will consider requests to undertake commercial filming at our stations. However, advance notice is required and approval is not guaranteed. Shoots with less than 5-7 working days notice cannot be guaranteed. Filming is required to done outside peak hours, terms and conditions apply, and a schedule of fees will be charged. A written application needs to be completed and Public Liability Insurance is also required. To discuss your request before submitting a formal application or for general advice, please email your contact details and a brief summary of your project to media@stagecoachgroup.com.

Q: I would like to organise filming for a news item. What should I do?
A:

Permission is required for any filming on our buses and trains or on our premises. This includes bus depots, and bus or railway stations we operate. We normally require at least 24 hours notice and any requests should be made by email to media@stagecoachgroup.com

Q: Can I take photographs at your stations?
A:

Advice on photography at our stations can be found on the South West Trains and East Midlands Trains websites.

Q: Who do I speak to about advertising and promotions at your stations?
A:

Q: I represent a charity and am looking for financial support/sponsorship. What should I do?
A:

Stagecoach Group supports a range of good causes, community projects and individual initiatives every year. To apply for support from the Stagecoach Group Community Fund, please download theĀ application form and email the completed document to charity@stagecoachgroup.com

Q: Where can I send feedback regarding a current rail franchise bid?
A:

We are keen to engage with passengers and stakeholders during the development of our bids for rail franchises. If you want to share your views with us about the way forward for rail transport, please contact us by email at bidteam@stagecoachrail.com or fill in our online feedback form.

Q: I would like to send you a survey/series of questions for my commercial/academic research. Who should I contact?

We receive many requests from researchers and students for information about Stagecoach Group. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to respond to these individually, but we have made as much information as possible available on our website to assist your research.

Q: How do I nominate someone for a Stagecoach Champions award?
A:

Every year, Stagecoach Group presents its Champions Awards in six categories: Safety; Environment; Community; Health; Customer Service; and Innovation. The awards recognise employees from across the Group’s businesses in the UK and North America who are making a real difference in these areas. Gold, Silver and Bronze awards are presented for each category and shortlisted entrants receive a trophy and a cash prize. To nominate your Champion, please download the application form and email the completed document to champions@stagecoachgroup.com.
