Stagecoach links with Interserve Learning & Employment on apprenticeship scheme

A leading provider in bus and rail services across the UK, Stagecoach Group has announced plans to work with apprenticeship training specialists, Interserve Learning & Employment (ILE) to continue improving staff development and future opportunities for employees.

With a UK workforce of over 34,000 people across brands including sector leading UK Bus operations, Virgin East Coast Trains and East Midland Trains, the delivery of apprenticeships and training opportunities for Stagecoach presents a collaboration which ILE is looking forward to progressing.

ILE secured this contract with Stagecoach after spending time to understand the requirements of each of the Group’s divisions and its workforce, and helping to assess the current and future apprenticeship training needs for the Group, and it looks forward to working with Stagecoach to enhance its delivery of training and staff development and new apprenticeship schemes.
